His research shows David as a descendant of Johann Baltzer Boon and his wife Mary. I am trying to connect my Daniel Boon/Mariah Huffines family to this group. Having trouble finding Daniel and Mariah on census 1870, but should have been in NC according to birth places given later on census. Jan
