    1. [NC-PCFR] ledgers from A. W. Ange store
    2. Trish Worthington Cobb
    3. Today my father rescued from a dump several ledgers from the A. W. Ange Store in Winterville. The current owner of the building threw them out. They are presently in the office at our business just outside Winterville. I haven't had time to go through them, but one has entries from 1918. Should be of interest to Winterville natives. If anyone wants to look through them for information, please call me at work 355-6003 tomorrow (9 a.m. -5 p.m.) or just stop by the business, or email me at home tonight. Have to figure out what to do with them. My father notified Wint. Hist. Soc. & they may want the ledgers. Not sure how valuable ledger entries are for genealogy, but I found a few pages I did take time to look over to be interesting. Wonder what else was thrown away. Trish Worthington Cobb
