Paula, This "Rasberry Clan" is a difficult branch that's for sure. I can't figure out who the 33 yr.old Cordelia is with Benj. Here is what I found in the 1860 census: Maysville P O, N.C Benj.Rasberry age 60 Cordelia, age 33 Martha, age 14 Francis, age 11 Benj. age 8 also Maysville P O: A.J. Rasberry,age 25 Cordelia, age 22 Cornellia C. age 2 Olivia C, age 3 months again Maysville: Margaret Rasberry, age 33 I can't read the last name of the head of the house..but it's not Rasberry, it's William and Martha ------? also living there are: William R. Rasberry, age 10 Alice (?) Rasberry, age 20 In Lenoir County, Kingston P O, N.C (1860) Mary Rasberry, age 33 John R. age 13 Martha A.,age 12 Patrick,age 11 James , age 9 It's very confusing.
