Allen Churchill , I don't know where to start ; will be missed most assuredly by this writer who is also distant kin, it will be tough to attend our monthly PCFR meetings of which I looked forward to going by early in the morning and doing research up to the start of the meetings; the numerious times we have sharied not only in doing family research ; but in family functions as well ; the many, many times we planned various trips together in finding documents that related to families,some of those trips carring us up to 200 hundred there and back on occasions, the numerious tales and laughs we had along the way in; even in stopping at restaurants along the way to grab a bite to eat we have helped people to get started in finding there families . Both of our wives often remarked that we spent more time with one another than we did with them ; not only on the road but the phone also ; talking to him up to twenty times a day on ocasions when we were on a hot trail of som! eones family, why we even talked about running our personal phone line fom my house to his and even laughted at this thought as well. He showed me where at and how to find documents that I had no inking of how to find. Our motto as well as many others : Don't ever give up. As kin , friend, teacher and fellow researcher Mr. Allen will most assuredly be missed by me . Donald Lee Cooper.
