NOTICE THE Subscriber having qualified as Administrator to the estate of BENJAMIN BELL, Esq; deceased, late of Pitt County; also, as Administrator de bonis non to the estate of WILLIAM AVERRETT, deceased, of said County, requests all persons having demands against said decedents to make them known within the time prescribed by law, otherwise they will be barred from recovery. Those indebted to the said estate are requested to make immediate payment, as the situation of said estate will admit of no indulgence. On Friday the 22nd of May Next, will be sold, at the late Dwelling-house of the said Benjamin Bell, deceased, all the perishable part of the estate of said deceased.
