Greetings All..... I just happened to notice that today is the 151st anniversary of the Pitt County Courthouse fire which destroyed a large number of records on January 8th, 1858 and subsequently made all of our research a bit more frustrating. :-) Today, we should be thankful for fire prevention, sprinklers and digital media that are able to be backed up with ease.
