Nobles is one of the names way down the line in my family tree that I have not yet gotten around to personally researching. Just wondering if Charlie or any others have any info/documentation on the following individual: John Nobles estimated date of birth 1715-1720. Said to have married Elizabeth Ward in Tyrrell County, NC 1740's. Died in Pitt County, NC 1773. I see that John Ward's Tyrrell County will dated 1748/9 names Elizabeth Noble as his daughter. Do we know for sure that she was in fact the wife of this same John Nobles named above? Is there a later Tyrrell County deed in which John and Elizabeth Nobles sell the land that she inherited in her father's will? Any clues appreciated.
