Pat, This is my fourth year on the board of PCFR and I don't remember this question ever coming up. These surname books we do every few years have not been for sale. They are more or less a "bonus" in addition to the four Quarterlies for our members during the year the book is compiled. I'll bring this up at the next board meeting. If we did include nonmembers in the book, we would have to make decisions on such matters as the number of nonmembers we could include (to limit the size of the book) and the cost of the book to nonmembers.
