Brenda: Even so, by having the info on the web site it would only take running off the info, copying it and sending it only to members that specifically request it in hard copy form. We do this at our church - the monthly newsletter is distributed via e-mail/web site unless a member specifically requests that they receive a printed copy. Really cuts down on administrative costs.
