July 1853 James G Tomlinson in court made oath that Mary Nall, widow of Nicholas, that Nicholas was a soldier in Revoluntionary War and (Mary) died Dec 25, 1845 and left no living children. She left grandchildren: James G Tomlinson, Aaron Tyson and William M Tyson. These are all of the children she did leave. The record above is from Moore Co NC court minutes If this is the William M.
