Hello Friends Who Are Longing to Read the February Quarterly!!! I have just returned from a few days out of town and find that others of you have written that you haven't received your February quarterly. Some have written that they are not receiving their monthly letters and other correspondence from PCFR. If you are still having these problems, please drop me a note PRIVATELY (jtginnc@coxnc.rr.com) and let me know. I mailed an armful of replacement quarterlies on my trip, so some of you may have received yours by now. I have spoken with others who use bulk-rate mailing and they are having the same problem that we are experiencing. Many have raised the price of their publications so as to mail everything first class; that has solved their problem. Also, first class mail can be forwarded, but bulk mail cannot. We may have to look into this if we continue to experience problems. We certainly want all of you to get your mail. Please let me know if you are still waiting for your quarterly. Janice Janice Tripp Gurganus PCFR Secretary
Just to let all of you know, I received my quarterly yesterday, the first one, 4 days after receiving the second mailing. Thanks Jancie, I will donate one of the issues to our local Library. So, I guess waiting 3-4 weeks for an issue to arrive would not be uncommon.
