Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your walking stick or portable stool. This will be an interesting and fun event. > > Roger has compiled so much history on Greenville over the years and knows the old, long-gone buildings and houses by heart. He has collected many old photographs of those old structures. Some of his photograph collection is in a book which he recently co-produced with Candace Pearce titled, "Images of America: Greenville." He has put pen and ink to paper and drawn many of the old structures for various functions and individuals (including a treasured one of the house I was born in for me). We're so fortunate to have someone with Roger's interest, knowledge, generosity, and talent in PCFR. > > Join him for his walking tour Sunday, if you can. > > Janice > > > ==== NC-PCFR Mailing List ==== > Post to this mail list at: NC-PCFR-L@rootsweb.com > Visit the PCFR website at http://www.rootsweb.com/~ncpcfr > Browse our rich collection of old family photographs, private documents, and public records. > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 > > >
