There was a Penelope Dixon who married a William Tyson and a Penelope May who married a Moses Tyson. I think the one in the 1850 census is the latter. On the other hand, she could have been that Penelope's daughter who did not show up on the census or was married to someone else in 1850. Provided, of course, that Penelope was the mother of those Moye children.
