Robert was born 4-10-1865 d. 10-15-30 his wife was Alice Andrews. I have not researched this family, can only give you info I found in cemetery. Regarding the family name: I know a lot of people stick with one spelling only. A cemetery in souther Pitt has the following spellings: WETHERINGTON, I. K. d. 1907 WITHERINGTON, JOEL K. d. 1931 WEITHERINGTON, FLORENCE d. 1882 Daughter of I. K. WEITHERINGTON Seems the stone cutter may have made a mistake. But notice the father died after the daughter and Joel died after both. Some have tied this name into the WORTHINGTONS. This is what makes it all so interesting in researching families.
