I've been a little distracted for a couple weeks, but just have a brief question here. I have found a reference to a death which is said to have occurred in Pitt County in 1764. There is a source given for this information that I have never heard of. The source mentioned is called the "Pitt County Patroller". Has anyone ever heard of this? Is this some kind of periodical ?
