Paula, appreciate the help. Appears these Elks are tied into the Jacob and Samuel Elks lines. John Hudson m. Nancy Elks and had a son John b. 1800. All lived in Grimesland/Black Jack area. The Hudsons are my wife's line. I have some loose Elks info that I have never been abele to connect. All of this will help. You do a great job of helping others.
