Part of the 1850 census for Iredell was found on the reel with Halifax county (this according to the Iredell County Tracks, Winter 1998 edition). The notation of this gives the HH and family members. But does not list a location within the county.....did they list locations such as P.O., school district, etc in 1850? The census copies that I have have been 'chopped' off at the top and can't tell if there is a district. Also where was the Barringer Township located within Iredell? Sherry (NC)
