Re: Frank Mills My records show Frank, Claude E., & Billy were sons of William Mills (1816-1895) and Mary Ann Richburg. William was one of the many sons of Charles Nathaniel Mills (1758 St. Marys Co. MD-1843 Iredell Co. NC) and Elizabeth Rial. I have not verified this info. and this is all that I have. I received it through a Tennessee "cousin" who had received it from another "cousin".
