This is going to be a very long shot. Iredell records of early marriages between 1790-1819, performed by John Huggins, list the marriage of Powell STAMPER to Mary COPELIN. In the 1830 census, Mary is seen as HOH with 1 male under 5, 1 female under 5, and one female 15-20. I know that the male was probably James B. STAMPER, but thought there might be some listing of marriages for around 1835 - 1855 that might give me a clue as to the names of the daughter. See, I told you this was a long shot.
