I am researching: PARRISH, CASHION, WARREN, CLARY, DENNIS, DAVIS, LOWE, JOHNSON, BILDERBACK, SIMMONS, MOSS Brick wall: Obed PARRISH, in Iredell 1810 census with wife and 8 children. Died abt. 1815, mother, Elizabeth, and younger children settled on a farm in Lincolnton by eldest two sons before the sons migrated to Southern IL in 1820's. Need to find anything on Obed, his parents, cousins, siblings. He was in Northampton Co, NC for the 1790 census; in Newberry, SC for the 1800 census where he was a constable and deputy sheriff; back in Iredell 1807. I have found mention of an Obid PARRISH of Iredell County who was a furniture maker. Can anyone shed light on him? He might be connected to Tabitha PARRISH WALDROP.
