I'd also be interested in the answer. I have Davis relatives buried in Granville County on private property. The owner has said that he'd "shoot anyone who stepped foot on my land". My aunt had enough nerve to visit the graves (which are in terrible condition). The owner did not approach her, but he did send his dogs out to scare her.
