I'm trying to find the burial place of one of my ancestors, Ann Clark Setzer. I believe the following information is correct, or as correct as I can determine: Born: abt 1814 in Lincoln County. Died: sometime between 1842-1846 in Macon County. Married: John Robert Setzer on May 3, 1839, in Macon County. Buried: ?? She had 2 sons, William Alexander Setzer, born 1840, and Emanuel Henry Setzer, born 1842 - both died in Arkansas. Thanks for any help ! ! Carol Brown (from the Setzer/Littrell families - or, as we spell it, Setser)
Hi, Dawn Watson and two of her cousins are cataloging every cemetery they can find in Macon County, NC. You can go to www.usgennet.org/usa/region/southeast and find the list of all the cemeteries they have surveyed.
