I fail to understand your patronizing remark. The last time I checked I was perfectly calm. The man posted a false statement that anyone who just happens to belong to a non-profit group would cause the group to lose its tax-exempt status for expressing their opinion. He is wrong. Unless the person making those statements is acting as an agent of a group when doing so, any comments made belong to the individual, not the group. As such, his statement is wrong. People who don't know how the laws work and then spread their false beliefs mislead others and should be corrected. There are enough falsehoods put out on these lists. I would think you would appreciate someone making sure the information is correct. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rarihokwats Rarihokwats <four_arrows@canada.com> To: <NATIVEAMERICAN-DELMARVA-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, February 27, 2000 8:22 AM Subject: A good Spring morning to everyone! > Greetings, everyone.
