I'm sending this to all the Rootsweb Surname lists that I subscribe to. There is a message regarding the FCC that has been circulating. I have received it no less than 25 times from people on various Rootsweb mail lists. It is a HOAX folks! Please don't forward it anymore. It is my understanding that this is a very old message. Someone has changed the date to make it look current and sent it out to some Rootsweb mail lists--from there it has mushroomed!! I don't know why anyone would do such a thing--I guess they are getting there jollys from it?? Perhaps they hope we will flood the FCC with mail? I don't know. But let's put a stop to it!
