She was my mother's mother's mother. Now, little more detail: Morehouse NASH lived in the town of Claverack, near the village of Martindale (NY?) He invented and manufactured "Great E. Liniment," equally beneficial to man and beast. James NASH was the eldest son of Sir Thomas Nash of Lincolnshire. James embraced the Quaker faith and came to the new world in 1742 or 1744. James became a landowner in Connecticut, near Ball's Pond, in Fairfield County. James had two wives and numerous offspring. James died at 82 and was buried in the Quaker graveyard near Chappaqua, in the town of Newcastle, Westchester Co., NY. Thomas NASH was born during James's Atlantic voyage in 1742 or 1744. He and hiw wife, Mary SNIFFEN made their home in Harlemville (NY?) Francis NASH was born in the neighborhood of Danbury. He had three sons: Alfred, James, and David Lane NASH. His wife, Charlotte MOREY, was the daughter of a Hillsdale farmer. Francis died on April 10, 1868, at the age of 87. David Lane NASH was a J.P. in the town of Claverack for six years. He moved to Claverack in 1884. His wife, Sarah Rosalind Juliet JOHNS, was of English Descent. She died January 20, 1892, at 75 years old. Any further leads are appreciated.
