The son of the late Clyde and Martha (Maurer) Myers was born Nov. 18, 1923, in Terre Haute, Ind. Hal played football at Indiana State. He was a veteran of World War II in General Patton's Army. Hal was also an avid bridge player. Survivors include his stepson, Jim Eisch, two stepdaughters, Linda and Conrad Florczak and Patricia and Jeff Hockers, one son, Fred, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, (920) 336-3171, from 11 to noon on Saturday March 31, 2007. Memorial service of remembrance will be celebrated at noon on Saturday at the funeral home with Deacon Harvey Quinette, officiating. Full Military Rites will follow at the funeral home.
