List members could chip in and purchase the Old Myers Family Bible and give it to a Historical Society or other state or National heritage society that would preserve it for future generations. We could send donations to Web Mom if she would agree to negotiate or someone else could do it. I'm just throwing out ideas as it saddens me to see family bibles for sale at Flea Markets or Antique dealers. My family Bible was stolen and I never cease to look for it.
