I have been through all my records to look for any relationship and cannot find any. My George was born in 1879, son of John W., born approximately 1846. I did look for your George a little bit. I found him in 1870 PA Cambria Co, twp of Gallitzin, P.O. Summersit, page 24 & 25. I'm pretty sure that's him. There were also a George Myers and Jacob Myers in Lycoming in 1820 with children under 5. I would try to do a little research on these two families to discount them or findthat they are family.
