There are several George W's in the Myers line! Born circa 1847 in PA the youngest child of Peter (born 8-30-1803) and Phoebe (Green) Myers was George W Myers. They moved to Linn County Iowa in that same year, plus his father died that year (8-14-1847). George W. died pre 1900. He married Sarah E. Strattford (b.6-1849, OH: d 9-4-1927) on 1-7-1869 in Linn County, Iowa. They had the following children: Carlton born 9 or 12-1869; Tessa or Lidda born 1871; Ethel born 1-1873; Fred born 9-1874; All born in Linn County, Iowa.
