Jacob Myers, Robert E Lee's cousin died at Cero Cordo Mexico April 18 1847. Major Robert E Lee was the head of the unit. The Major's brother was also in this unit. The Myers family is also listed in Gen Alexander Spotswood court order to distribute Kentucky land to all known heirs. I have other paperwork on this but I think you get the idea.
