I get the impression that this goes back to the time John Westly was not happy with the Church of England. The McIntyres were Methodist Missionaries and connected to the Myers family who were associates of Bishop Vincent. I am kind of general right now. In any event, I believe this Myers is part of James Fenimore Cooper's friend Ned Myers who was a God son of Prince Edward. Then Bishop Vincent was connected to some Catholic Jacobites. I know this is all mish mash to some people if you don't understand John Westly's problem when he was in Savanah Georgia. That is he wanted the end to the Church of England and turned to some Catholic Jacobites who had the same wish. So again, just how Methodist was this family before I get more pointed?
