I am looking for her parents. Silas and Arkie Myers (Meyers). They were supposed to had another child, Jim Carr Myers, my Dad, but Silas was married to several different women. The wife before Arkie was Mary Emily Shelton (maiden name). One of these women is definitely my grandmother, but as of this posting I can not find a marriage certificate for Arkie and Silas or a death certificate for Mary Emily. If I could find either one of these documents, I would know who my grandmother is. That would be such a wonderful thing to know. My Dad, Jim, was KIA in WWII and I never knew him.
