They resided in Amherst County and/or Lynchburg Virginia circa 1810 to 1823 when they moved to Tuscumbia, Alabama in 1824. Catherine Myers Aldridge died in 1825 and Mr. Aldridge later married a "Maria" and lived in Tuscumbia until his death in 1852. Catherine and Thomas Aldridge had five children--Harriet Aldridge (Carter), Mary Aldridge (Carter), Thomas Aldridge, Emily Aldridge (Davies), Jane Aldridge (Barton) and Ann Aldridge (Limerick) (Newman). Have done extensive research online with this family but would love to connect with other descendants or be pointed to more sources etc for Thomas and Catherine Aldridge.
