He was born June 1, 1920 in Eldersville, PA. to the late William and Ora (Long) Myers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, his son, Dennis, five brothers, and three sisters. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Janet Myers; three granddaughters, Kim (Randy) Fonner, Rachel (Matt) Wooding, Rebecca Myers; two grandsons, Randy and David Myers; and several great-grandchildren. He proudly served his country in WWII as a tail gunner in the Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion for over 50 years, and a member of the Laurelville Tabernacle Church. Friends may call from 6-8 pm on Monday at the Laurelville Tabernacle. Funertal services will be held at 10am Tuesday at the Church with Rev. Henry Adams officiating. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Services by the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston, Ohio. Online registry at hillfhkingston.com.
