I actually have some paperwork that points in that direction. Alexander Spotswood appointed Benjamin Franklin as Post Master General. Culpeper in the early 1800's had a population of less then 300. Benjamin Franklin Myers is from Culpeper and if I am right, would be related to Gen Robert E Lee. All interesting Super Coincidences.
