Mary Myers Williams Try looking into Manheim Township, Lancaster Co. PA through the Myers. I have discovered in my search that Myers was spelled Moyers/Meyers/Myers in different situations. Headstones from the original settlers seem to have Moyers and written totally in German. The next generation seem to have gone to Myers with English spellings. These Mennonite German settlers in Manheim Township had quite a niffty community. Try looking back another generation for Jacob's parents. I t is surrounded by Lancaster,1729; Lebanon,1813 from Dauphin,Lancaster created 1729 Lebanon,1813 from Dauphin and Lancaster Dauphin 1785 Schuylkill 1811 from Berks and Northampton Lehigh 1812 from Northampton Montgomery 1784 and Chester 1682.
