I just found out that he passed away in 1971. But in his will he says Glenn Myers is a half brother. But the Myer's came from West Virginia into Michigan. So I'm really not clear if they have any connection. Did not know the Logans just the story how they took in the Myers's children. Linda

I do not know the names of his parents. In 1887 in Freedom, IN, he married Ida Estella Moore, born July 9, 1867, in Freedom, IN, daughter of Warren T. and Frances Estella (Norris) Moore. George and Ida lived in Kansas City for a while as a bartender and about 1894 moved to Pittsburg, KS, where he was owned the bar in the Hotel Stillwell. He died at the age of 45 in 1903 in Pittsburg, KS, where he is buried. George and Ida had one child, Ethel, born 1888. I have no information on his parents nor ancestors and am hoping that someone researching another branch of the family might connect with him. I have been unable to get a copy of his death certificate and the burial information does not contain information on his parents.
