I believe that Stephen Myers was her first husband but then again, she was married to ______ Jacobs, E.G. Ridenour, and Frederick John Mielke. I am not sure in what order she was married to these men so her name could have been Lucy (Trombley) and any one of those last names. Our Edward Myers was supposedly born in VA 1800-1810; Married in Frederick Co., VA in 1827. His supposedly 1st son was born in Cincinnati, OH in 1828. Edward is listed on the 1830 Frederick Co., Census. VA. His next 2 sons (we believe to be his sons) were born on VA abt 1834 & 1836. Edward is listed on the 1840 Ralls Co., MO census. He died abt 1845. Probate package doesn't offer clues. His wife apparently died before 1850. I would appreciate any help with my Myers line. Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born Sept. 19, 1912 in Indiana. I believe this line may have, in fact, originated in Ireland. William Myers, born Ireland, a cotton weaver, married Margaret Masterton in Bathgate, Scotland. His parents were John Myers and Margaret ?. William and Margaret had at least three children, Robert, William and Mary. Robert and William were also both Cotton Hand Loom weavers in Bathgate. Robert married Ann Gardner, and had a number of children, all in Bathgate, but many later moved to Edinburgh. Would love to connect with any descendents of this family. Andrew Myers is my GGGGrandfather and I recently came across a document in PA about his service in the Revolutionery War as an "Indian Spy". He must have been at least half breed to have been a spy. I can remember my mother calling my Grandfather Andrew J Myers a "Damm Old Indian" to take his hat and go to the barn any time she was to punish any of us children. It was a family secret kept from us children that we were part Native American in WV in the fifties. Part Native American's would answer to the census takers that their parents were from some country in Europe or else they were rounded up and sent off to Oklohoma during the early 1800's.
