She was born abt. 1822/1823 C.E. St. Leger was written on one record. Could this be the name of a place in France? They ended up in Burlington, Vermont and I assume she died there. They had 11 children, according to records, all born in Vermont. One son named George born abt 1856 married a Amanda Menard, Nelson (Narcisse) born abt 1846 married a Lucy Cadieux (Cayo), another son Joseph born Feb 1849 married Clara Myers, (my ggrandparents) sons Peter, Alfred and Frederick died at an early age. Daughter Marguerite born abt 1839 married George Lecours, Emily born abt 1841 married Ulric Henry Hebert -Abair, Sarah born abt 1842 married Alfred Lapointe. I have some information on these couples children, but so far have not been able to find any connection to the Canadian lines. This is all the information I have.. I have not been able to confirm much information about them. Their Daughter Etta Blanche Myers is my Great Grandmother who was born 3 Feb 1874 I believe in Bourbon, Marshall Co. Indiana. She died Dec 19 1928 in Ohio and was Married to William Henry Loveless. I know while she was married she lived in Ohio. I have found in the 1880 census for Marshall County Indiana a family which is similar to this but I have not been able to confirm this is my family. I have seen that her mother's name could have been either Hannah Shively or Shaffer. I am not sure which one or if either on is correct. Our GGgrandparents were b MD and VA, moved to OH. Some of their children moved to MI, mostly to the Remus and Mt Pleasant areas/ Mecosta and Isabella Counties. There was John T 1834-1920, Robert Plummer 1842-1916, Thomas b 1844, Caleb b 1846, Cassandra b 1849, and Nathan C 1857-1936 atleast who came to MI. Nathan later returned to OH, Robert to WI and John to OR. There are still Myers in both Remus and the OH areas today. I'd love to hear from anyone connected to us. Jacob Myers, Robert E Lee's cousin died at Cero Cordo Mexico April 18 1847. Major Robert E Lee was the head of the unit. The Major's brother was also in this unit. The Myers family is also listed in Gen Alexander Spotswood court order to distribute Kentucky land to all known heirs. I have other paperwork on this but I think you get the idea.
