My grandfather, Frank Eugene Muller, was born in 1865 and migrated to American around 1880. He met and married Gertrude Elizabeth Stutzenberger in 1888. Family story is that he was illegitimate and was given steerage class passage to America because he was an embarassment to his family. His father supposedly was a Prussian army officer and his mother was either German or French. He may have lived with his mother in Paris for a while before she died when he was young. He worked as a cabinetmaker in New York. They had 9 children. One daughter was Elizabeth who married Henry Stutzenberger, a carpenter. They had two daughters Winnifred and Margaret who have both married and have families of their own. Elizabeth died around the mid 1970s as did her husband Henry. Their son, Henry, died recently in Florida. Don't know much more as he remained distant from my family after the death of his mother. Good luck! Hank
