Hello, I am searching for my grand-grand etc. father Johann sebastiaan Muller (Müller) born about 1733 in Krautheim (in Unterfranken by Volkach) son of Nicolaus Muller and Anna Taufe?? He died in the Netherlands (Holland) in 1815. I want to further research my family. I can't find church books etc. maybe you can help me? His daughter was a Johanna Mueller who married a Charles Schmidt abt 1883. I have a phot of her in Waverly,Iowa 1893 and was told she died abt 1894. Her sister was Pauline Mueller Dierks who also lived in Reno Co.KS. Perhaps we have kin connection. I will be looking at the Mueller family bible next month(copies sent by a Distant kin) Let me know if you would like a copy.

Hello, [I am posting this message to this list because I am aware that there are a lot of people from Bavaria with the surname MULLER.] I have created a free, interactive website to help my fellow Bavarian researchers locate others who are researching Bavarian surnames in common and hopefully make connections with distant family members. It mainly consists of an index of surnames with automatic email links to contact the various participating researchers. Currently the website has 224 submitters with over 1,300 surnames (there are 8 researchers who have submitted the surname MULLER so far). All of these people have indicated a willingness to be contacted via email to discuss their Bavarian genealogical interests.
