Irish Catholic, Michael and Minnie Bowens. Michael fell down a mine shaft and was killed we were told sometime in 1919, and Minnie gave birth to our Father, John William Bowens on Nov. 19, 1919, but then died a few months later. There were 4 children, three of whom were placed in an orphanage. Anyone out there that can help?
