I have an ancestor (Marshall E. Hotchkiss) who is listed in the 1891-92 Butte, Silver Bow city directory as employed as a clerk with the Boston & Montana CC & SM Co. - residence: 610 W. Quartz - Butte. Can someone tell me what this company is and if it is still in business - and if not, where would I find old employment records.
