He was born in Montana (unknown location) in 1890 to William and Mary Taggart. William and Hugh both worked for the railroad. Am looking for any info: census records, marriages,misc. My mother, Leslie Jean Taggart, was born in Butte on July 10, 1924. Apparently they didn't live in Butte, but she was born in a ;hospital there. Thanks.
