He was married to Grace goodwin Toohey and had 4 children. William Stephen Toohey, Hazel (later Hazel Richard (s) ), Dorothy (later Dorothy Dibble ) and Francis Toohey (who later married Dorothy Vignaux) . I know William Joseph Toohey died kind of young and with the help of Blanche Goodwin (later Cutts) Grace raised the kids by herself. I cannot find any info on William Joseph. I know he had to have siblings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
