Your paternal grandfather is Harley Allen, not Albert. My understanding is that Harley Edgar was born in Ohio. I am almost positive that I saw this in a death notice. I am looking for H.A.'s passport which I have carefully filed away (so carefully that I can't find it) which may have confirmation of this. H.E. had a brother in Long Beach, and a wife Hazel. They both died in the 70's. I'm sorry I have no information on H.E.'s life in Butte. I also mentioned in the message that you didn't get that you would be welcome guests if you plan a visit to this region. Will let you know of any info when I find the passport. Good luck. Ray

GLASCOW, Aug. 13 -- (AP) -- Lorin Hinchcliff, 22, of Butte, is dead and two of his companions are in a hospital here as a result of a head-on collision of trucks 14 miles southeast of Glascow on the Fort Peck highway Saturday night. Are the records for the Anaconda copper mine readily available somewhere? Does anyone do look-ups in those? If so, would that angel look for John M. RIEHM and tell me what they find? He's not in the 1920 Census in Montana (or anywhere else!) as far as I can tell and I'm getting very frustrated. Thanks! Joann searching for John M. RIEHM in Butte, MT., ca 1910-1940.
