Mildred, born 28 October 1911, never lived in Missoula, she was born in Wynot, Nebraska and her parents were Sever Anderson and Josephine Bergquist. The Victor Anderson I am looking for was Sever's brother. I have little information on him except that it was the Northern Hotel in Missoula that he operated, possibly owned, in the late 1920's and 1930's. His three sons were Victor, killed in an auto accident in about 1929, Floyd, and Robert. I believe his wife was Gudrun Haugan.
