She was the daughter of Cornelius Anderson and Gertrude Derby. Cornelius appears to be the son of George Anderson and Fanny but in the census records Cornelius doesn't seem to have brothers named Victor or Alfred. There seem to have been quite a few Andersons in the area but I don't know how or if they were related. Gertrude is the daughter of Alexander Thomas Derby and Martha Ellen McArthur. I have more information on Alexander and Martha if you are interested.
