It mentions a young man named, Hoxie who went to Sulphur Springs to cut wood on his own. He accidently cut his knee, nearly bled to death and then dragged himself back to a cabin where he had to wait for three days for someone to come help him. Is there anyway to get more details on this young Hoxie? I understand that the Sulphur Springs newspaper is missing newspapers during this period of time. I would also like to know of an Hoxies living in the area at this time. Thank you four help.
