I'd contact the Meagher County-City Library, 406-547-2250 and ask if they have those newspapers after 16 Aug 1945 on site. If not, ask them where they are stored. I think you'd also want a copy of Frank's death certificate. You can order one the Clerk & Recorder, Meagher County, 406-547-3612. Their web iste is http://meaghercounty.mt.gov/clerk_recorder.html . I don't know where coroner reports are filed but contact info for the County Sheriff/Coroner can be found at http://lepc.meaghercounty.net/node/69. Successful Searching! My grandfather left a wonderful diary of his 1932 trip from Philadelphia across the country. In it he describes his visit with the family in White Sulphur Springs. I'd be happy to invite you to see the family tree where I have the diary posted along with the photos he took. There are a few photos the Dreidleins in Pennsylvania posted there too. I'd be curious to share more stories and compare photos. Tom [email protected] Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. That is wonderful news. You know that name Melanie or Melody rings a bell. I have been doing genealogy for a very long time, and this lady I knew helped me do some research and she gave me a name, and I think Melody or Melanie was it. I am not sure that I saved the information though because I didn't think the person was related. She thought that the lady was my Mom and Uncle Mike's sister, and I said no...but maybe that is her. I am going to look through my papers and see if I have it. I remember the lady was from southern California. My Mom is going to be so excited when I tell her. I will be so happy if you can get pictures. I have pictures of my Uncle Mike because we were raised around him. My Mom and him were very close. Uncle Pat was also around us alot and I really remember him, but it was when I was very very young. I only remember meeting your Dad once when he lived in Montana. So is your mother the one who is the granddaughter of th! e Theodore Ringling? I would sure love to have pictures of my Mom's Dad's side of the family. I did a family history book for my Mom when she turned 75 in 2009, and I tried so hard to find a picture of her Dad for her, but I wasn't succuessful. It would be wonderful to have pictures. If I would have started doing genealogy when my Uncle was still alive, I would have more information and probably sources for pictures because he was raised with his Dad. My Mom was raised with her Mother, but she has told me stories of when her Mom and Dad were married. They lived in Montana and Oregon for short periods of time. I just want to be able to picture him in my mind somehow. He died before I was born and my Mother was on 17. I never even talked to my Uncle about his Dad. Well I better save some of message for tomorrow. I do have a tree on here and you are welcome to look at it. I have it as a public tree. I have traced my grandfather Lowry's ancestry back to Ireland thr! ough his Mom's side of the family. I am going to try and do some rese arch this week and get back to you about that other lady Melodie or Melany. I am pretty sure the name was Melanie or Melodie DeLaney. Well my new found cousin, I hope you have a wonderful evening! Talk to you soon. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. My mother, thank the lord, is still alive. I actually remember Jim, he was my Mother's half brother. They shared the same Dad, but had different mothers. I would love to add Lowry pictures to my genealogy. What pictures do you have? I would love to have some of Jim, Pat and any others. I am really excited to get know a little more about you.
